Started Insight Group after 12 years in corporate risk management. Andrei believes most companies overthink this stuff. His approach? Simple, focused, results-driven. He doesn't do small talk but he's genuinely good at solving problems.

Head of Operations
Elena's the person who actually gets things done around here. She's handled risk assessments for 34 different operational environments. Patient with details, impatient with excuses. Keeps us all honest.

Risk Consultant
Former compliance auditor who got bored with just checking boxes. Now he helps businesses understand what compliance actually means for their bottom line. Speaks five languages, which somehow helps with risk translation.

Our Story
Insight Group came together in 2011 when our founders realized the risk management world was broken. Too much theory. Not enough real-world application. They started asking hard questions: Why do good businesses fail? What warning signs get ignored? So they built something different. Started with 3 people and a lot of coffee. Grew to 23 employees across Iași and beyond. We've worked with 67 different companies now — everything from manufacturing to services to tech startups. Each project taught us something new. Each client shaped who we're today.
